We are in the process of purchasing our first Multifamily, 4 buildings, a 24 plex, a 6 plex, 5 plex, and 8 plex. Wondering what detail of inspections is common. Cost adds up quickly. Is checking the gas line advised? uncommon problem but expensive fix if there is a problem. Same with sewer line. Should we have an inspector walk through every unit? 43 total units.
