New Western JV's on other peoples marketing to bring deals to the end buyer.. The concept is good for an end cash buyer, and you can pick up a deal. But the agent you're dealing with matters. They are really a group of realtors. They are good at ghosting and not responding, and hanging you in the wind. I have only worked with them to JV on my deals in Raleigh NC, and sell to them to dispo to their buyer list. Their lead dispo realtor communication was poor. I wont work with her again and lost trust in NWA because there is no customer service. They do not have a good acquisitions system nor treat the boots on the ground good. They are really New western dispositions. they are sellers of other peoples deals to you. Vet the agent, they are just another busy realtor, and just focus no the numbers in the off market deal.
i suggest keygl to buy deals from..

Dear community,
i've used monthly stay reservations/leases as a consumer on Airbnb full time as a secondary (primary) home for the past 9 years, my work being digital and nature nomadic. I have over 250 host transactions, interactions and invested more than $100,000 as a consumer into monthly stays. My company is the largest real estate brokerage company in Florida who refers numerous families to Airbnb in transition during life incidents.
I'm having a consumer issue and civil rights issue with Airbnb. It affects every consumer, guest, traveler, and I am getting bullied, treated unfairly and the issue is not getting resolved. I need your support and the issue needs attention. Please refer to me an attorney who might have some experience in consumer issues involving an internet real estate booking platform.
