Make calls, use out dialer, call owners of real estate, home owners, get in some conversations, surface opportunities to purchase, distressed or not, and surface some deals, and make offers...

  1. You should b based in NE Florida. 
  2. Real Estate licensed to list and sell  
  3. Comfortable to use phone to follow up with a seller.
  4. Have a contact resource management tool to take data to remind you to refollow up.
  5. You are a licensed agent, and would like to follow up on warm seller leads to take as a referral to list, or support a purchase, and represent us 

  6. Follow up, book appt, make offer to buy, and/or list.
  7. 1 to 5 leads a week need follow up,  problem solving, build rapport, 
  8. put in your crm for continued follow up, 
  9. 25% referral fee,  75% you keep, for retail listing.
  10. 25% of assignment fee you keep you if we buy and assign.
  11. 2% acquisition fee if we buy and close on the property 

you should feel comfortable with Nassau County, yulee, fernandina beach, hilliard, jacksonville duval, st johns, saint augustine, clay county, Orange, Palatka, Putnam county

Im looking for someone follow up with seller leads and get a deal under a contract agreement for a buy and hold, assign, flip, or listing. 

- active licensed is plus not necessary.
