Are you bold enough to pick up the phone and follow up with an owner of real estate who has seller interest to have a deeper quality follow up conversation? Its not pretty kitchens or our relative, or for most real estate entrepreneurs. it will take talking to strangers. 
You can help acquire the property at a deal price, or list it. these are just 2 options to solve the problem, deal to deal profit partner. Prefer out of realtor box entrepreneurial thinker, positive minded who can follow up with sellers, and wants win win.  Preferably have license to list and sell property as option,

- market for conversations with owners of real estate to solve problems, and offer to purchase real estate at wholesale prices to assign or flip, or offer to list real estate retail in the open market.

- make profit from each deal as an acquisition follow up partner.

- be independent, work remote. You're not selling anything. 

- Be open and creative to talk to people first touch cold, or 2 touch' warm, using phone

- use a dialer. call, text. Also you can build your own list.

Ideally, but not necessary:

- you have some out bound marketing experience to initiate conversations,

- investing experience, have made an offer to buy real estate to owner of property, without an agent.

- you are a licensed real estate agent with investor mentality .

- you are 1 hour from major city in Ga, NC, SC, Va.

- You understand you are a buyer, an investor, a negotiator, marketing for a quality conversation with an owner, to solve a problem and acquire an asset that is off market, not in the hands of an agent.

Initiate action for first touch conversations, and 2nd, 3rd touch conversations to analyze, and make offers. . Call or text. Have Conversations. Talk to owners, sellers of real estate, uncover motivation timeline, offer solutions,

We buy the contract and we flip the contract we flip the house, Or we list it being licensed. We do in our own backyards or remote. We help sellers with options depending on motivation.

You Make profit from each deal. You are wholesale partner, marketing consultant partner, of the deal. You are independent. remote. not a job. not a course. Not a mentorship. You are not selling anything to anyone, nor buying anything from us, You must be able to take action and learn to talk to a seller, and uncover opportunity for a deal. And want to partner on the deal and share in the profits. You can be licensed agent or not.

Areas we like Florida Jacksonville, Ga savannah, SC, NC Raleigh, VA, but we refer retail leads to partner agents and do remote wholesale anywhere in USA. The work is in marketing and finding and having a substantial conversation with a seller and following up on that with a second golden touch.

If you are looking to make some extra money on the side, want to learn to talk to people, then follow up on warm leads, analyze the situation, and make offers.  it's Scary stuff. free, real and easy yet not easy.

we talk to off market owners of real estate, distressed or not, that results in a listing, or we buy them to flip the contract or rehab and flip the property, and we hold a few.

learn to hunt for opportunity and partner on the deal. take a break from more education and get your hands dirty in the unseen world of off-market real estate.
