@Alexander Churchill To get into bigger deals you will need to know the business. Learn as much as you can from books and podcasts. Network with investors who are doing the deals you want to be doing and start building those relationships.

Hi @Ryan Doucette. Welcome to BiggerPockets! You're in the right place. Tons of knowledge out there. I agree that multifamily investing is the easiest way to scale in real estate. At this stage, I would start networking with multifamily investors and learn as much as you can about the different options of investing in multifamily.

Hi @Jose Collazo. Welcome to BP. Each state is different in what they require for getting a real estate license. You mention that you want to get started in real estate. Is that in being an investor or a realtor? Also, what are your ultimate goals with real estate? Knowing that is a good starting point for figuring out where to focus your time and money at this stage.
