@Adam Webb The economies of scale make deals conceptually simpler. You'll want to build a team of experienced people to help you as you get larger properties.

@Kenneth Hynes Great options have been said already. I'd also add that you can either create your own analysis tool/spreadsheet or get one from somebody. A common one is Michael Blank's Syndicated Deal Analyzer.

Welcome to BP @Alex Ciuca! I started with SFH and now focus on multifamily. SFH and multifamily investing are quite different.
