Anyone like it? Give me your opinions? I think it is a very solid rental market with some good deals floating around.

Jeff and Cheray Warner Do you give them a specific address and then say everything within a 1 mile radius of that address? Do they make you pay for the list?

Phil Z. - Phil, is $500 your typical amount you use for your EM? I'm looking at it from the wholesalers perspective. I have read about other wholesalers using as little as a $10 deposit. Does it really matter how much? Are you putting down the $500 to come across as a more serious buyer?

I have been looking at a property in Redford to wholesale. While talking to the owner something seemed a little off. When I looked up the taxes online the name was under Harbour Portfolio? Who the hell are they? He told me it was "his" company. Also he owes taxes from 2012 but is adamant that he has paid them and he has receipts. I assume that if he did in fact pay them the tax assessors website would have updated it no?? He began to get agitated when I kept asking him about the taxes. He's not asking much for the house and I just thought I would post on here to get some info from other people so please give me your thoughts!!!

Hey everyone I am very curious as to what would be the best reia to join in the metro detroit area. I have never been to a meeting and I would love to go to one and network with others who are there. I am a wholesaler and I would like to know where the real deal investors are going for their monthly meetings. I don't want to waste my time going to meetings that are poorly ran or a lot of people don't go to. So please if anyone has some info to share with me that would be great. Thanks a lot.
