Hey @AJ do you own any multifamily properties at the moment? With that capital you could definitely find decent cash flowing multifamily property in Atlanta. Specifically I would suggest the west side of Atlanta at the moment.

Hey @Tyler Hampton. Many of my investors are wanting to get into the Smyrna market. Just have to make sure everything lines up. I would also suggest looking into south Atlanta properties such as in College Park, Riverdale, Union City, and East Point.

Hey @Rolly Weaver, come to the Atlanta REI meeting tonight at the Ivy in Buckhead at 7pm! Plenty of professionals and new beginners looking to connect. Ill be there too!

Hey @Timothy Casallas, Atlanta is a great market to be in right now. Lots of developing neighborhoods and locations. If you have any specific questions, free to connect and reach out and I would be happy to answer.

Hey @Taylor Hoch if you are looking into the Atlanta market I would suggest either the west side or south side. Specifically Marietta, Riverdale, or Collage Park. Great opportunities there. Decatur, which is popular on the east side of Atlanta, seems to be saturated now. Feel free to reach out for more information and I would be happy to help with any other questions. Good luck!

  • Hey @Erin Greer, I would advise going to the REI meet ups. You will meet many different kinds of people at the meeting who are all interested in real estate investments including lenders, sellers, buyers, and property managers. This is where most of my networking comes from. Hope this helps and good luck!

Hey @Sumana Potluru a piece of advice that I have learned is when you find a contractor that you really enjoy working with and does great work for you, try not to refer them out to many other people. You do not want to split the time they spend on your house with other projects to a point where your house is not a priority. Every contractor is different though with the work load they can handle.
