I think the price point is pretty close. Let me know if you are interested in working with a wholesaler in the Southern California market. We have a team that is well versed in filtering calls.

Hi all,

Another great deal on our hands. This one is a mobile home located in Riverside county. The numbers look great on this for a buy and hold and even has enough meat for a quick flipper who knows what they're doing. 

This mobile home differentiates itself because it is not in a senior community like many other homes in the area. Therefore the application process for these are a lot less stringent. The community this home is located in is in the prime area of Homeland. It is near the 74 but west of Leon Road. It boasts a 8,276 sq. ft. lot with a storage shed and potential for further upgrades.
