 As someone who has worked with both internet lead generation as well as direct mailing, I can say that Heather is right on the money with this one. If you do not have a filter to weed out the people who do not own a good amount of equity on their home, then the majority of the calls will be tire-kickers. These people will still owe a certain amount on the home and will not settle for a discounted offer for their home (which is what wholesalers live for). 

I think the price point is pretty close. Let me know if you are interested in working with a wholesaler in the Southern California market. We have a team that is well versed in filtering calls.
