Great advice here! I will certainly put it to use and share it with anyone I can to help them as well. 

I have decided that I feel an LLC would be the best route for me to start in the business.

I just wanted to get some opinions on the best way to start one.

I have heard good things about LegalZoom, has anyone else used them, and if so, what was your experience?

Hello BiggerPockets Family! 

I am here for some advice. I have been reading books, listening to audio-books and podcasts and now I am here. Full of knowledge, goals and determination. Except I only have one problem, I have absolutely NO IDEA how to start! I know everyone says to just start, but I have no clue what to do here. What is my first step, my first phone call? Do I call an attorney, broker, lender, or bank? Or do I find a property first? Or I form an LLC or Corporation first?

I just need some advice on how to get this ship sailing.
