Thank you! I like ClickInvest because of it's simplicity. Their software is great and makes it really easy to submit offers. The price is worth it. Its a yearly subscription. Takes a lot of the guess work off the table. They give you their ARVs and rehab numbers which are similar to how I would underwrite a deal. You can submit hundreds of offers in minutes.
