Moving to Seattle to attend UW EMBA program. Interested in house hacking. Are there any areas 5-10 miles from UW with duplexes that are nice enough to live in with a family? At least from a space perspective?

Did anyone get out of the business "full time" but kept your license to refer business? Do you have to maintain your membership with NAR and your local state association? What's your referral strategy?

Just seeing if anyone out there is currently investing in the Rochester, MN market. I own one property here, and wondering how the market has been for those actively purchasing SF homes and flipping and or BRRRing. And would like to connect with those that might be in the area.
