I happily pay for my BP Pro membersip, but will not pay to join Austin REIA. It is very pitch heavy, and I am unconvinced by the pitch.

I have been thinking that summer is a good time to start a book study or Mastermind group or other networking for those of us who teach school and like to make things happen in the summer. Open to ideas.

Related question... How do rents & vacancy compare in Oak Grove vs Clarksville? With the aforementioned taxes, if the rents and property class are lower, affordable may also mean less bang for your buck.

I've noticed a few of the very nice Spanish Revival style homes that back right up to the course popping up on the MLS. I'm sure the failure of that project was a disappointment to many residents.Looks like there hasn't been any news on it in several years.
It doesn't seem like anyone should keep holding their breath for the golf course to be reborn. What are the other possibilities for that land? Is it suitable for other development? What do some of you experienced San Antonio folks think is likely to happen over there?

HEB owns one or more possible spots out there. Council members & residents have been begging them to build for years. Maybe they finally will for Elon.
