Thanks for all of the great links. @James Masotti, I am in the suburbs and I am looking for mobile home parks anywhere. Currently have my eye on one in Kentucky and another in North Carolina.

Hey everyone,
My name is Matt I have been a "silent" member for over a year and finally have decided to become more active. I listen to all of the podcasts and have learned a lot. I am in the property management field as a leasing agent in Newark, Delaware. I recently purchased my primary home in Wilmington using and FHA loan. I plan to rent that house out in about 3-4 years. For now I am looking into purchasing a mobile home park, I am currently doing my due diligence on a few properties.
