@Daniel Rutledge what option did you use to get the cash off, I am still a little shaky on gold money, my chase card said they can transfer the funds to my account but its a 5% fee. I guess that still better than having to use my own money.

my dti wasn’t high when I started, I didn’t have many credit card balances on my personal side , just one with 5k balance. First round was 60k over 4 cards. Started prices in August 2017, first card was sept 2017.

Don’t drag your feet on anything they need. All the people I worked with have been amazing no lie, I was scared to go with them.

@Daniel Rutledge yes you can, I did, one of mine that was a high balance, moved it over to the business card that had 0% for a while and paying it off, so my personal score is up to a 799 now because I moved that over.

I am looking to purchase 4 houses from a investor for one price, how do I go about getting a loan to cover all 4. I know I will end up having 4 appraisals, 4 inspections and 4 title search. Do I have to get 4 loans? Or can I get 1 loan to cover xxx amount ?

@Chris Pomerleau I did it myself an I was able to get them off in 30-45 days. Do you have other things they are working on?

@Kwame Knights it’s in the information they sent to you. Or just google a inquiry dispute letter. It will work, I’ve got mine off successfully 2 rounds. I’m working my last report right now.

@James W. no they do not give you a list, they get the cards for you, and they give you the information to get the inquiries off. It’s not a hard process at all. I got mine off in 45 days
