I was wondering if anyone has come across something like this before. I found a condo that I plan on making my primary residence, but after talking to the owner he has two other condos he wants to sell too. Therefore, I am going to buy all three as one transaction with my business partner, and refinance out my original one once everything is done. Has anyone tried something similar or know if something like this is even possible.

What amount is debt are the members of the BP community okay with taking on? Looking for a general guideline of what to look for.
