I currently have a few multi family projects in the works in Philly, both rehab and new construction. I live in South Jersey and am pretty active with flips there and have acquired a nice amount of rentals over the last few years.

@Stephen Kappre is a great contact for South Jersey properties

Hi Basit,

Thank you for responding.

I did not use capital gains to purchase these properties nor will I use capital gains to improve the properties. Properties are in a single member LLC.

Based on this am I able to at all take advantage of the QOZ benefits?

That is true. I have always included refrigerators and washer dryer in my flips, but I see many flippers who don’t. I was wondering why and perhaps I can try bc after all it would be nice savings
