I have two dozen condos with equal or better numbers than this that id sell for $100k a pop as a group purchase. No they’re not in war zones they’re in a B neighborhood

Hi Jaysen,

The units would have in unit laundry and dishwashers. There would also be complimentary tenant storage in the basement.

I was looking for ideas such as including cable,

Streaming services, concierge etc. basically ways to create an excellent product as well as the ability to charge more than the competition.

The rental rates I’m using for spacious 2/2 is $1500, which should be about 10% below market.
