@Louis Artonov

Yep. Had about a dozen policies with them. From what I understand insurance carriers are on top of it and the FBI and NJ division of banking and insurance fraud is involved.

He’s going to rot!!!

Scam company. Committing fraud by taking money from clients (myself included) and not paying the insurance companies resulting in cancelled policies, unreturned premiums and uninsured clients. Anthony Lee - The Owner will likely end up in jail soon for banking/insurance fraud.

I wrote many policies with this company in 2019 for flips/rentals with 25% earned premium, cancelled the policies after the properties were sold and never received refunds. The stopped returning my calls or emails. I suspected fraud and have now confirmed it.

Thoughts on Germantown? No one has mentioned that area yet in this thread

@Joseph ODonovan

I’m loving sharswood and couldn’t agree with you more. I have quite a few duplexes/triplexes in that area under construction and more in the pipeline although mine are on N College Ave or very close

@Paul Herrmann

Best bet is small local bank or credit union. Lower fees, better rates and less red tape

@Melanie Ruff

Hi Melanie,

I am very familiar with the Brewerytown neighborhood and currently have quite a few multi family projects there.

A few quick things;

Your realtor is incorrect, you have every right to to go through the zoning process even if you do not own the house because you have financial interest. I have done this numerous times while under contract

Brewerytown is very tough to get multi family variances these days especially when it comes to an RSA zoned property

I’ll message you my phone number. I can provide resources and guidance if you’d like.

@Zack Hawkins

So my architect met with the planning commission and they said we can do this by right and without any variances
