@Justin Silverio, I havent utilized skip tracing before but this may be a good opportunity to start. I do need to check with neighbors, I just have not made time to do that.

There is an address in town that I have sent a few mailings to. I received a return to sender on the last two mailings and it said "Vacant, Unable to forward". If it is vacant, it would seem like a potential lead. Any recommendations or local strategies for finding contact information of the owner? I have searched the assessor and register of deed's websites but only found the owner name and the address I am interested in.
