Has anyone had, or know of anyone that has had, experience with funding from Seed Capital? They promote that you can get a credit line up to $2MM at 0% for a year, but even with great credit I was only pre-approved for $50M. Now they want $3,495 for getting the credit (comprised of various credit cards that you have to pay an additional fee to get a cash advance from) and an additional $3,000 for a year of consulting where they will get you another year of additional 0% funding.

I'm in need of a contractor in the Clearwater/Largo/Seminole Florida area to work on a flip that I have. I've had two contractors look at it, have exchanged a few emails/texts, said they could start on it and then they're MIA. Does anyone know of one?

I just moved to the area 4 months ago. Previously I was flipping sfr's in Jacksonville with my ex-husband. 

I think I have found a contractor for my current project, but already have a duplex under contract with a long term tenant in one half. I will move into the other half once it is rehabbed. That would be my first rental but hope to do more fix and holds in addition to flipping. Typically I do a complete rehab - kitchen, baths, new flooring, etc.  Every now and the, as with the current one, I don't like the layout and open up a wall or rearrange the layout a little to get a more open floor plan, especially on the older sister houses I have done. 

Your knowledge with FNMA requirements could be very helpful.

Does anyone know of a good contractor in the Clearwater/Largo area?

Has anyone used Real Estate Express online to get their real estate license, in particular in Florida?
