Hey there everyone, can anyone recommend a good contractor who'd be able to walk 2 properties with me in Rochester next week? I'm looking to get solid bids to help my decision making on purchasing. Thanks for the assistance.
Good day everyone, would anyone happen to know of any lending institutions that lends at a minimum purchase of under 50k, and will do 65-70% LTV, if that's even an option?

Greetings guys, I know this thread is from 3yrs ago but would def love to pick your brains some more as I'm sure things have changed during a 3yr span. I'm currently looking into the 19th ward myself and would love to know what blocks or areas in the 19th ward would you view as a war zone or what areas in that part of Rochester would you say is best to house working class families and/or middle class families? Appreciate any insight shared. Cheers!

Hey @Matt Harris maybe you can assist me here. Im currently looking at SFR on Orleans st in 14611 zip. Its a 3/1, 1553sqft, needs some updates and vacant for roughly 6-7 months. What do you think that area or that zip code would command rent wise?
