Greetings guys, I know this thread is from 3yrs ago but would def love to pick your brains some more as I'm sure things have changed during a 3yr span. I'm currently looking into the 19th ward myself and would love to know what blocks or areas in the 19th ward would you view as a war zone or what areas in that part of Rochester would you say is best to house working class families and/or middle class families? I know things change block by block but what zip codes, streets or blocks you guys privy and find to be solid for middle-class families looking to rent. greatly appreciate any tips you guys can share. Hey @Matt Harris maybe you can assist me here. Im currently looking at SFR on Orleans st in 14611 zip. Its a 3/1, 1553sqft, needs some updates and vacant for roughly 6-7 months. What do you think that area or that zip code would command rent wise?
