You might be able to find a trailer out here for 225k; I don't even know if you can buy in Agassiz for that price.
I like Glenkirk crt in mission but your looking at 230 prob and its 50+ years old.

Anything in Mission around the train is good-ish.

@Ciro Affronti
Exactly what he said; I do the same thing. Works great; weeds them out to.

Mission or Agassiz is where I'd be buying if I was looking for appreciation.
Mission first than Agassiz.

If the designs are a PDF guaranteed they an be found on public sites.

It’s my job to review hundreds of plans; it’s surprising what information people give out.

I do the same as mentioned above; my skills as a carpenter help with the appreciation. If you are a DIY'er don't bite off more than you can chew on the rehab portion; it is definitely not as easy as it looks.

Having owned rentals while away in AB I suggest owning within 2 hrs; depends how involved you want to be.

I manage, fix, etc . . our units and I like them within walking distance preferably.
I own one 20 minutes away and even I feel that is an inconvenience.

Check out VREP (Vancouver Real Estate Podcast) they have some high hitters on G.P.
Coming from oil and gas; if my wife would agree with me; I would deploy all my capital there.

Dog friendly (any size) furnished rentals in a great school area.

Oil workers can bring the whole fam-jam than and they ll pay for it.

@Roy N. - that is my understanding of it as well.

How did you manage to post 7500 times; that is impressive!

I think there are deals to be found in any market; I invest in Abby - apartment values out here are similar and bring in similar rents.

Just have to get your thinking hat on and be creative.

My niche is dog friendly (no restrictions on size - I love big mutts and can not lie) and in the best school catchment.
