@Horacio Gutierrez I agree with Patricia two different pages and then maybe add a line at the bottom  **Flip for English offer on one side, and Flip for Spanish offer (written in Spanish) on the other

I would recommend doing direct mail followed up with a rvm. That way it covers all of you bases. You can send a letter and then send off an rvm referencing the letter that you had sent them. If you want to chat more on this strategy feel free to dm me.

Hey @Alexander Celestina I would recommend not using yellow paper. It tends to be over used and therefore not as successful as it used to be.

@Bruce Runn Thank you for that information! I can totally get behind the joke when you get multiple mailers sentin reference to your properties, that is just shotty list scrubbing. I want to run something by you because you have a trained eye for direct mail and I want to gather your thoughts. Would you mind if I DM you?

@Bruce Runn Out of curiosity what do these letters look like that you are getting? Are they yellow letters or neutral colors? Can you spot them before you even open them? Let me know :)
