Hi Jackie, I'm doing my best to stay warm! I'm not to well versed in the short sale department, I appreciate the opportunity to speak with you about it, and I may, but right now I don't want to bite off more than I can chew and stay stagnant, so my main focus is going to be wholesaling until I can build enough capital to really get things going.

Kevin, I would really like to meet you for lunch and see how we could help one another. Would sometime after the 1st work for you? I'm still quite new to all of this and am trying to build a buyers list!

My interest came from a REI that was a true disaster! I was 19 at the time and thought I might know a thing or two when I was actually clueless....

I went in with someone and bought a house with the intention of fixing and flipping. Long story short, neither of us knew a thing about any of this and we lost our asses on it!

I always knew I would jump into it again, so after years of tucking the tail between the legs, I started reading all sorts of books on the subject, learning from different blogs, looked at a bunch of houses and have finally decided to jump back in!

Planning is definitely the key, all though they're always different challenges that can arise, I am more prepared now than before!

My influences are: The rich dad poor dad series,preston ely, mark ijlal, and just a bunch of different blogs and people that are investors!
