I don't really know. At one point they kept saying they were coming the same day I would ask for an update, then not show up. This happened about four times. The quote they gave for what they thought needing doing was reasonable but I couldn't get them to follow through. It was poor communication about whatever their issue was. 

Hatfield's crew is in Jeffersonville. They work largely with investors in Louisville so are on this side of the bridge all the time. The owner likes to do ongoing work with investors so feel free to tell Jason the owner I referred you. I will message you his number.
