What is the monthly rent that you are going to be asking for? I am new to BP and have been running a few deals through the property analysis calculator and it just seems that unless I buy a property for less than 300k that I can't figure out how to get to a positive cashflow.

What is the monthly rent that you are going to be asking for? I would assume that the monthly mortgage is hefty based on the loan amount and I am curious how to generate enough revenue to exceed the monthly loan expense.
