@James Fraundorf If you can find a small multi family to house hack you only need to put down 3.5 percent. Not sure if you can find something in your area in a price range you can afford. But that's a good place to start.

Hello @Colton Roan, Rich Dad, Poor Dad completely changed my thought process when it comes to money!! This website has an abundance of knowledge. I would start by listening to some of the podcast and/or webinars that are on here. They have helped me greatly. If you don't own a home, house hacking is a great way to get started. Good Luck
