Hi all,
I purchased a house in Detroit (buy & hold) but I need a company that offers a service to monitor for possible blight violations since I live in Atlanta. I am discovering that Detroit has requirements and regulations that I'm not familiar with and know no one in Detroit. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
