Welcome to Finch Landing Homes, an incredible opportunity to own a brand new, masterfully designed property in Houston's Northside. These three stunning 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom homes are sure to impress.

As soon as you enter, you'll be greeted by sophisticated wood flooring leading to the first bedroom and bathroom, as well as the entrance to your 2-car garage. Our March meet up will be digital this month as we shift during these changing times.

We hope you can join us from 6:00pm - 8:00pm pm on Wednesday, March 31st for a healthy discussion about real estate updates in the Houston area.

Joining us will be Aldo Benavides, a successful entrepreneur running an offshore oil and gas engineering firm and real estate investor with over 12 years of experience investing in the Houston market.

Aldo Benavides came to the US from Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico when he was 23, later attended the University of Michigan Dearborn, and found himself in Houston at 27 as an engineer in the offshore oil and gas world. Aldo and Matthew became friends over 14 years ago as neighbors and then lost touch after Aldo moved. Matthew remembers him talking about investing in real estate and purchasing single-family homes with one of his friends, Pablo. The two reconnected 6 years ago on a dilapidated 18 unit multi-family deal that Matthew was selling. Aldo and his partner Pablo purchased that building, completely renovated it, and turned it into a $2.2M cash-flowing asset.

He and his real estate partner, Pablo, now own 150 doors. They have one property manager, one maintenance crew, and he still runs his engineering firm day to day. If that wasn't enough, Aldo is also the proud father to 3 awesome boys, husband to a lovely wife, and the co-host of a great podcast called “The True Investment” where he discusses his personal investment strategies, the real truth of investing, and he is actively looking to increase his investment portfolio.

This session will be held via Zoom, instructions are below:

@Conor Kearns should be a good one.  He and his wife came to our meetings a few years ago and then got into massive action on apartment syndication. They started passively and then became the primary with a few partners on a couple deals.
