free and clear is when u don't owe anyone anything..just pay taxes...which is another point I won't get into now

no. not now, not ever. the state/gov and the general public think of investors as scammers/leeches and they will never help the "leeches". it's not the popular thing to do.

Hi Nathan, i am not looking for cheap. i'm looking for a good one that has their "team" and wont' call the owner at 11pm to see if the owner knows anyone that can fix a furnace. 

and yes, i am a PM, i know all about it. but in Michigan... not in Massachusetts
