you are wasting your time. a typical newbie mistake/goal.... "build a list/team and then start". you have to start first and then look for people. noone will pick up the phone when you say "i am thinking of buying houses".

andrew, how big is the job? we do work in hazel park sometimes. we stick to everything west of telegraph and north of Cherry hill (westland area)

@Keith Jourdan and I do a lot of damage in this area... it's our home turf! :)

@Steve Majors i am a lincensed builder in the area and do a TON of work in areas from Garden City, Westland, northville, canton, plymouth, novi, commerce, farmington hills and of course livonia. most of the work is for my 40+ houses but some of it is for other investors from BP (in and out of state)
