Hello colleagues! I'm trying to network and build a solid buyers list. How can I connect and build a solid one? I've already joined my local REIA so I know that's a good start. I am Mia Brewington and I am a new wholesaler.  I stepped away from Bigger Pockets to handle some other issues.  But I'm  baaaaaaaccccckkkk, lol. Thank you all for the insight.  This is helpful for me considering I'm brand new at idea of wholesaling.  Do any of you have a sample or template of what a solid Assignment Contract looks like?  I'd love to get an idea of what I need to have in place.
