Hey Mike. I would hesitate calling the office if thats the your only option. I have called doctors, attorneys, and much more and left messages with their secretary.. In my experience the message will get to them and if they are interested in selling. Hey Nechole. Congrats on getting started and finding something that you can be passionate in! Nashville is a great market to wholesale in. I wouldn't recommend bandit signs.. for one its not very time efficient and it will take a full day to put signs up in good areas, and they will be removed pretty quickly due to the fact that they aren't quite legal. Direct mail marketing is still one of the most efficient ways to get leads but it is pretty expensive. You can always keep building your buyers list and find real cash buyers that are ready to go and then help connect them with local wholesalers. I always let realtors and other wholesalers shop my properties that I have under contract.
