Its kind of hard to give that info over a computer, your best bet is speak with your agent, ask whats hot in the market right now, what colors are in, in the form of flooring, tile kitchens so. Its really going to be market particular. You need to appeal to what the buyers in that specific area are looking for. Your contractor if he has any knowledge, should know what hes been doing on other jobs. If your not confident enough or you don't have any experience, maybe you should learn more, not trying to be a douche, or even hire a interior designer for your first couple of flips. The last thing you wanna do is be sitting on a house for months because you chose the wrong layout. Also go on zillow, im assuming yo looked at comps, pull up houses similar to yours, see what people are updating to

Not a whole lot you would need to ask the agent, You need to do your homework on the property, search your own comps, know your costs on the renovation like the back of you hand, and learn the areas your intending on flipping in, ie recent home sales, crime etc. You dont wanna get stuck with a house that wont sell. how are you going to complete the renovation? id suggest you learn as much in the construction end as possible as the prices of foreclosures at least by me, Rockland Westchester Orange are through the roof and not much meat on the bone to justify a flip. From what im learning its all a numbers game,

Jason Vo, thank you for your response. I'm looking for a generalized idea how accurate the info they provide is, I do understand the information is taken off the websites I was just wondering if the info is up to date so on. Guess ill just give it  a shot on my deal and compare the info to the actual county websites.

meaning when pay pal takes the funds, and the sender decides he or she is not happy pay pal puts the payment on hold and investigates the complaint, usually the send of the payment wins so ur out the money.

If you really wanna do good for your self and make a good income at a young age, when your 16 get your self a beat up pickup truck with a mower and go cut grass, I had a lawn business for a long time and did very well. Do this on the weekends and after school you will be surprised how much $$ you will make in a few years.

You still need to be 18 for payapl, as you still need a checking account to link the account to, otherwise how are you going to get your funds

Im looking for agents that specialize in foreclosure sales in the following areas. Im looking to broaden my network so if your seasoned and have plenty of experience in finding deals send me your info. My current agent in Orange County NY has be on a auto drip of sales directly from the MLS if you can do the same please ad me to your email list. If you feel their is an area where deals are still around and I didn't list the area please let me know. Im based in Rockland County NY but have realized the flipping market here is not looking good as everything is priced right below or at market value. My main focus right now is flips, but again Im open to recommendations. The crew of laborers I have put together are willing to travel and live on site so distance is not an issue.
