I've have alot of changes in the last 6 months I've moved to San Diego from New York in August. I got married in October. I'm getting settled now so on to the next chapter, next month I will start the courses for my real estate license. My goal is to buy a rental house with my saving by the end of the year, as well sell a house and use the commision for another rental, while keeping my full time job in the am. If all goes well I will have 2 rental in 2016 and plan to keep going!

@Michael Hill are you referring to any realtor? This is an off market deal with no realtors involved. I have realtors I can go to but none have dealt with a larger multi family property like this. Not sure if there is any material difference between the agreements from a small deal to a larger deal.

I help manage a body shop in Elmsford, NY. My boss has multiple rental homes that he bought, fixed up and has a steady income from. I would like to invest my money in time in homes that need fixing not only because they are usually cheaper, but because I enjoy the work. I enjoy creating and restoring things and helps to keep my mind working. I am 24 years old and will take any feed back from anyone wether positive or negative. I do not have the knowledge most do on this site and I want to thank everybody in advance for taking the time to respond to my questions or thoughts. Hello, everyone I'm new to real estate investing and I am looking forward to learning as much as possible and also applying it. I think I want to focus on buy and hold properties single family and maybe some doubles. When I moved from my first house to my next one I didn't sell it I rented it out. So I have one rental but I don't know much about finding deals, finding funding, finding contractors, or much of anything about real estate investing. I have read a few books and went over tons of scenarios in my head and know Im ready to get to work on my road to financial freedom. I am so grateful to have found this website. 

I am a 50 year old professional looking for a new beginning in the real estate investing world. I am interested in wholesaling and flipping real estate. Right now my business in it's infancy. I have established an LLC in Indiana. I look forward to expanding my network of contacts and start to close deals soon. I am bilingual in Spanish, so I hope to make an impact in the Latino community.
