I'm a Realtor in Yakima, Washington.  Weekly, I send buyers lists of potential income properties for their consideration.  My days are spent driving for dollars and finding investments for people that want to build a portfolio.  

My family has been in land development for years.  My father is still a project developer.  I've seen the amount of work and care that goes into creating something from nothing.
