Hi Haley,
With that budget, you could find some duplexes in Central Washington. Yakima has a few in that price range right now. Rental prices keep increasing and the inventory is very low. Happy to send more info if you'd like.

Hello Investors!
Thank you to the 47 of you that attended our first meeting on Wednesday night! It was a great kickoff and well received. Some of you traveled from Cle Elum, Ellensburg, Richland, and Paso to learn from our Q&A Panel.
Some feedback we received:
"The format is great. I like that there is networking after so that I can ask people in the room questions I didn't think of before."
"The dissecting the deal was really good. That's the kind of analysis a lender is going to want to see."
"Could you have food and beverages next time?" *Yes, we will!
"I'm coming to every one of these."
Thank you for your responses, your attendance, and your participation. I look forward to seeing you on February 28th.

We are two days away from our first meeting. I'm impressed with the number of local BP members who will be attending. Looks like a turn out of 25+ from RSVPs on here and other channels.
This will be a great insight into the Yakima market. See you on Wednesday!

Apologies @Peter Welch I thought the info would populate better. This will be on January 31st, at Le Chateau on Naches Ave. The posting above is an event. There's also a Facebook group. I hope to see you there.

Thank you for the feedback. I wasn't sure if there was another option. Glad to know I'm not the first one to ask.
