I have some thoughts, I currently live and invest in Lubbock TX. Lubbock is great place for growth, this was proven during the pandemic. I would love to sit down and chat about my city. 

Anyone eles using drones, and social media to put more eyes on Properties? I've been incorporating my drone footage with Tiktok.

I invest and live in Lubbock Texas,  I agree with the great potential. I'm also a realtor and the market here is very desirable.

I do personal as well, but mainly in the profit first system. I have not as of yet, I'm currently looking for properties, there are lubbock REI groups that properties are advertised.

I'm in Lubbock and recently got my LLC and first investment. I used Troy Payne for my LLC, it was an painless experience and help change my mindset. I used Lubbock National Bank for my banking and was glad to sit down and talk to someone. I was able to get 15% down for my investment. Msg me if you need additional information.
