Did you every find a quality management company?

I have one in Joshua Tree:

It did really well in December.  January was slow, as to be expected.  I already have some reservations in February.  Let me know if you want to discuss this more.  Are you looking to buy, or arbitrage?

Are you still looking for a property in Joshua Tree?  

I also live in Ohio and have an LLC in Ohio. I am also pending on my first property in Tennessee. What firms do you suggest I use to start and LLC in TN, or can I use my LLC in Ohio?

I am intrigued by Helen, Ga.  I also like Broken Bow, however, I believe costs are escalating.  There is always, Poconos, PA.  It is a year round destination and just two hours from NYC.

BP does indeed have one.  it disappeared for a while but now it is back.  It is under the tools section.

Have you had any luck in Orlando or Tennessee?  I am looking in both places as well.  The properties move so fast I am struggling to land one.
