Hey everyone,I’ve came across a huge problem this being my first flip. When house was being renovated I wasn’t aware I needed to pull permits and now I have 4 citations. The 4 are plumbing,electrical,car port, and roofing. The car port,plumbing,and roofing are getting taken care of but the electrical is where I need a licensed electrician to show me what is going to need to be done to get things done right. If anyone has any info on how I can get through this or know anyone please let me as I don’t want to have to knock everything down in the house to get it inspected.

Was bought from an agent

I need help this is my first flip and it’s about to be 8 months in and hasn’t sold. It’s been on the market since July. The property is 834 Porter st in San Antonio we just recently took out a huge chunk out the price of the house to sell but don’t know what else to do.

I’m doing my first flip and I’ve been taking care of it by myself and I just want to know if there is anyone in San Antonio that can guide me the right direction to finish the rehab ASAP. The house is 60% done.

What is the best way to get started to get my first deal?

What I’ve done so far is drive for dollars.

What is it like wholesaling in San Antonio?
