You can do well in any of those cities. I focus on Cleveland. It's all about finding the deal.

44109 can be a good area for rentals, but since you're OOS, you should consider 44107, 44135, 44134, or go with a turnkey company. There's one that focuses a lot on Maple Heights which is a good area too.
