It's my understanding and on my loan that I have st had a pre approval for and been shopping around with for the last 3 months I have not had to extend anything. I just inform them of either switching properties or closing dates and have done that on 3 different occasions. The only fees I accrue are the banks inspection fee every time I make an offer on a different reo.

So I am in the process of purchasing an reo double wide on 3 acres and am trying to figure out specifically what documents I should get to review before we close in 2 weeks. Like I mentioned it is a double wide on three acres in ludowici, georgia bank owned and should be closing in 2 weeks. Thanks.

@Jeff V.thanks that was the next plan didn't know if there was a way to get the original paperwork. Like the plat I don't think it is public info unless the previous owner gave it up.

So we have a contract on an reo that we should be closing on in a couple weeks of course as is which isn't a problem for the price. The well pump was stolen and am curious as to where I can get the specifics on the well that is there so that I can get the right pump. Didn't think this would be difficult but seem to be having an issue finding out. Thanks for all advice.

if you just Google different banks the majority of them have links on their websites for the properties they have takes a little time. Also you can go to hudhomestore.com and put in your state, zip code or counties that is your target market. That is the one I prefer and they have updates as homes become available. Also if you have a broker they usually have a link to the mlsish that you can use for comps and what not. Hope it helps.

@Michael Woodward I agree but unfortunately I don't have another option being in the military. I like to think I am very thorough and with my brokers help should work out. Thanks for the heads up.

@Brent Coombs thanks yeah if they don't want to make repairs or drop price I intend on walking away but since this is my first deal wanted to ask because my wife tells me I can be a little harsh most the time lol. We are in our inspection period and the listing agent was telling me that after the first 2 agreements when we got to 42 that's as low as the bank will go but if they want it more than me oh well we will see.
