I like middletown, I grew up in Middlefield/Durham but I recently bought two rental property's in Middletown which I love, and am looking for more. I believe it is centrally located, an intersection of many main highways, the university and many business in town. If you head north towards hartford prices tend to jump considerably Also. Middletown is a much better choice than Meriden in my opinion.

Great idea, I am thinking about doing the same.  I will let you know how it goes.  I know that I can share a form with a perspective tenant, but I have not idea how to make a form that you put a random link to. I know I have looked at square space to do that, and you can have them fill out a form, which is emailed to the landlord, but on google that is a different question.
