Hello, I recently got an offer accepted but I will need to get a 203k FHA loan, can anyone I direct me with 203k contractors to get a couple bids. The house in in Aurora, IL

@Nick Denning I plan to buy and hold, I plan to hold properties on my name for the moment.  Rents will cover all expenses and allow positive cash flow as it does for my current one.  I will start working on working on having my finances in order, thank you that's a good advice.

Hello everyone, I am relatively new to this.  I purchased a 2 flat in Aurora, Illinois about 10 months ago and now have have both units rented.  I want to get a second property and would love know of any tips on how to acquire a second property,  there are some deals I see online that I just want to jump at but I know it would be difficult for me to finance the project since I have a new mortgage.
