I'll say this: get away from the computer screen and start networking locally in real life: get to know realtors, title company people and join a local chapter of Real Estate Investors Association.

Well that's a very broad, very vague request.  There are scores of Posts here about all aspects of private lending.

First step: fill out your profile a little so folks know your background and what you bring to the table.

You could network through local STR Facebook Host groups, but like John said: "Look for a licensed and insured local PM."

Your post is very vague.
You need trusted advisors (attorney, title company escrow officer) that can help you put some specificity on this. 

Check with a local title company about them.
