My first recommendation however Chad Vercher with Energy Roofing, he definitely can handle the repairs right now.

Thanks Shawn.  i gave energy a call.

Anyone know anybody that can do roof repairs in Gville? Everytime i call a roofer they want $ for a quote and they' are like you need a new roof.  I don't need a new roof a branch poked a hole in the roof.  I need someone to pull back some shingles and repair the underlayment.  Thanks for your help!

I don’t understand what the lawsuit is for ? Airbnb owners are mad because of bookings they had already that were refunded to the guests ? Seems like spilt milk. I mean the guest didn’t actually stay there due to a pandemic. I would refund as well.

Post: Do you really require the first, last month's rent + the deposit?

How do experienced landlords and property managers handle this? Do you require all three and if so do you let them make payments on some of it or do that have to pay all 3 at once (in my case $2,700) prior to moving in. Thank you!

Yes!!! If it’s legal in your hood.  I take sec deposit at lease sign.  First month paid at first month.  And let them pay last month over the first three months of the lease or they can pay all at once.  Always get it

Tom why do you recommend water stock ? Even in Wuhan they’ve had good tap water throughout.

Hahaha ya seeing we are neighbors. I live in Brooklyn. Wife would kill me if I brought home 2-4 week supply of water.

Post: $900/month mortgage payment increase?

The total tax due each year should be able to be located on the county website or the county in person. So I would look at that. Then add in insurance costs. You should be able to verify that total. Then compare that to what was paid in your escrow online. See if it all totals up. Pretty simple

How do you walk away from an auction ? Did someone buy it at an auction and try to sell it to you ?

No one can answer this question without the details. They don’t just increase the escrow without providing you a piece of paper with the details
