It looks like myself and Clayton Morris are going to have to duke this one out because I have no intention of backing down. I will be getting all of that footage out to the public again.

Noooooooooooo! Really wanted to see this video. I dunno nothing though. But I don’t see how if you created the video how is it a copyright issue

I don't foresee Clayton winning the copyright issue case with YouTube as I did not use any copyrighted footage in the film. My opinion is that he is grasping at straws trying to bury a conversation that him and I had on the phone as I'd imagine he regrets some of the things that he said.

Amazing that YouTube will pull a video just based off of a complaint.   I think YouTube is a lot of guilty until proven innocent.  Poor Clayton is scared of a trailer LOL. The times we live in ahhh...

You've fallen victim to a Nibbler [see more about "the nibble" at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...]! And yes, caving to their demands only increases the chances they'll keep nibbling away, because you're showing them it works.

One counter-tactic to the Nibble is Quid-Pro-Quo: Extract a concession, no matter how small, for every concession requested. "I'll give you a warranty, but only if we move closing up a week."

However, the best approach would be to give yourself options by continuing to solicit (backup) offers from other buyers. If you knew you could say "no" to the Nibbler, and they knew someone else was waiting in the wings ready to step in, you wouldn't be so vulnerable to their gambit.

 Lol nibbler love it

I am in a similar situation potentially moving from nyc to atl area. However I’m a  project manager and have a lot of experience with real estate. What I’m thinking of doing is finding str near atl in the mountains. One of my buddy’s in atl bought a cabin for 125k and is grossing 2000-3500 a month. I’d like to pick up one and see how it goes and keep building. I’m like jay I like free and clear. I’d start with buying one or two in cash and see how it goes.

Don’t get too far ahead. You need a house for yourself so start with that right ? Save up to buy that house. Then start saving for the next investment whether it be a house or whatever. You actually might find that after buying you’re homestead you either really like dealing with property or you don’t.

I like 15 yr mortgage for my homestead. I like 15 yr mortgage on low price property like <75k. A lot of people here disagree with me I’m sure. All about how leveraged you want to be

Make sure you calculate property taxes correctly as they will be after you buy the house. They are very high in Austin and will cost a significant amount per month.

You mentioned a personal loan and auto loans. Pay those off first. You would be better off focusing on how you can increase your w2 income. Also, find a side hustle you and your wife can do and save up a down payment. 20% down plus emergency fund for the rental
