Hi everyone,

Hope all is well!

I posted this in the Wholesaling forum a few days ago and got an awesome response, but I didn't know about this section so I figured I'd post here as well.

I'll be moving to the Cincinnati/Dayton area in about year so I'm just trying to network with people in the area so I can hit the ground running when I arrive.

A little about myself and my goals:

I'm 24 years old and for the past 6 years I've been serving Active Duty in the Air Force. I'm currently stationed overseas (and have been for all 6 years!).

My goal is to move to Cincinnati in the spring of next year, where I'll be operating a small contracting company with a partner. During that time I'll get my RE licence and begin raising funds for fix and flips / buy and holds by building a strong traditional wholesaling and wholesaling lease options business.

Any advice, referrals,....words of encouragement?... from ANYONE would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, and I look forward to your responses.

Wow guys,  thanks so much for the responses.

@Bryan C.  I sent you a pm. Thanks.  Hope you're enjoying AE as much as I did.

Kyle, That's great to hear that your getting into RE in Cinci as well. Maybe when I get to the area we can meet up and talk sometime.

Darrin, BP is a great place indeed.  I'm a little overwhelmed by how helpful people are in this community.

@John Hall, Thanks for your service as well!  I'll shoot you a pm.

@Jered Sturm, you the man.  thanks so much.  I look forward to connecting with you.

Karl, Thanks  I saw the article you posted in my WLO Facebook forum post and I'll be sure to put the info to good use.   I'll share it here in case other's come across this post.

Way to go Andrew.  Thanks for sharing your experience with us all.  Looking forward to learning more from you.

Josh, I'll be in the greater Cincinnati/Dayton area.

that does help. Thanks Jerome.

I'm planning to get my RE agent license for the sole purpose of wholsaling in Ohio.  How do I go about finding a broker that is "investor-agent" friendly?
