@Thomas D. Just because he buys them for that price to try and increase the price on the other 5 , it doesn’t it will work out that way. The market still has to want to purchase those properties at the unnaturally inflated prices. You would have to buy half a city to really inflate comps. Buying one or two condos close by won’t drastically raise the others prices if it doesn’t make sense in the market.
